The results of the work of the National Guard patrols over the past week
In the period from August 29 to September 4 of this year, the personnel of the military units and units of the National Guard of Ukraine, which are assigned functions to protect public order, were involved in 21 regional centers of the state and in the city. Kyiv, 38 cities of regional and district subordination, 24 rural settlements, including in 10 settlements within the framework of the operation of the Joint Forces and on the territory of 5 transport infrastructure facilities.
During the week, 715 service tasks from the OGP were performed, for which more than 3,901 servicemen, 82 service dogs, 105 units of patrol vehicles and 141 units of motor vehicles were involved daily (on service days).
According to the results of the service with the OGP transferred to the employees of the National Police:
— 133 persons suspected of committing a crime (98 independent and 35 in common with the NPU), of which:
during the carrying of the patrol service — 123 persons (94 independent and 29 joint uniforms with the NPU);
patrol of settlements within the framework of the OOO — 10 persons (4 independent and 6 joint outfits with the NPU);
— 1 thousand 682 persons for administrative offenses (1034 independent and 648 joint with NPU outfits), of which:
during the carrying of the patrol service — 1 thousand 632 persons (1016 independent and 616 joint uniforms with the NPU);
patrol of settlements within the framework of the OOO — 50 people (18 independent and 32 joint outfits with the NPU).
Detainees seized: 1 firearms (together), 1 artillery shell (76mm) (independently), 1 cartridge (independently), 5 pieces of cold weapons (3 independently, 2 together), 0.568 kg (0.510 independently, 0.058 together) of narcotic substances.

Kramatorsk, a citizen was detained for art. 309 CCU, in which, during a surface inspection, a narcotic substance of plant origin weighing 5 g was detected. On August 30, 2021, an independent foot patrol with a service dog w/h 3012, while serving with the OGP in the STP “Arcadia” of the Odessa region, a citizen was detained under Art. 309 CCU, in which, during a surface inspection, a narcotic substance of plant origin weighing 21 g was detected. Nikolaev, a citizen was detained under Art. 185 of the Criminal Code, which, through the selection of keys, penetrated into the residence of a citizen and carried out the theft of material values in the amount of 13 thousand UAH. Kamianets-Podilsky, two citizens were detained under Art. 307 CCU, in which 37 bundles of a synthetic drug substance weighing 111 grams were detected during the surface inspection. In Bratkivtsi, Lviv region, the body of a citizen without signs of life was found, who left home on August 18, 2021 and did not return. Nikolaev, a citizen was detained under Art. 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which through free access committed theft of material values in the amount of UAH 14 thousand. Khmelnitsky, an object resembling an artillery shell (76 mm) of the Second World War with traces of corrosion was found in the forest plantation. 03.09.2021 by an independent patrol on the car w/h 3002, during service with the police of the city. Ternopil, two citizens were detained under Art. 307 KKU, in which during the surface inspection 46 packages of a narcotic substance of plant and synthetic origin weighing 103 gr. and cash in the amount of 231 UAH 50 kopecks were found. Nikolaev, a citizen was detained under Art. 191 KCU, which, by appropriation, seized the funds of another citizen in the amount of 1 thousand 347 UAH. 67 mass events were provided, for which 5 thousand 129 troops were involved:
- near the Office of the President of Ukraine, Pechersky UP GUNP in the city. Kyiv, the US Embassy in Ukraine, the Kyiv City State Administration and in the central part of the city of Kiev (August 30 — September 1) - near the judicial institutions in the city.

Participation in measures to prevent the occurrence and spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in the territory of the state:
- protection of hospital bases (places of observation, isolation) and vaccination sites (5 facilities) on the territory of 4 settlements of the state.
209 tasks of the patrol service were carried out, for which 10 thousand 161 servicemen, 333 service dogs, 429 units of patrol vehicles and 334 units of motor vehicles were involved.
Patrol service was performed in 19 regional centers of the state, as well as in 22 cities of regional and district subordination and in 2 rural settlements. In addition, personnel were involved in patrolling the territory of 2 road infrastructure facilities — railway stations in Kharkiv and Dnipro.
Daily (in days of service) more than 2 thousand servicemen were involved, who served in 652 uniforms, of which: 563 foot patrols (485 independent, 78 joint with NPU, of which 67 patrols with service dogs), 86 patrols on cars (70 independent and 16 joint with NPU) and 3 patrols on bicycles.
Also, patrol units deployed within the area of the Joint Forces continued to patrol in the cities of Severodonetsk, Rubezhnoe Luhansk region and Mariupol, Slovyansk, Kramatorsk, Druzhkivka, Kostiantynivka, Donetsk region.
Completed 24 tasks of service, for which 782 servicemen were involved.
820 troops were involved to ensure 75 preventive measures.
The forces and means of the National Guard were involved in:
- prevention of illegal extraction of amber
- participation in preventive measures on the territory of 14 settlements of the state in places and areas with the most difficult criminogenic situation, including under the conditional name “MAC”
Units of the National Guard of Ukraine continued to perform service tasks within the framework of the Joint Forces operation:
According to the results of the service, 3 persons were transferred to the National Police on suspicion of committing criminal offenses, 115 persons for administrative offenses.
