The results of the work of the National Guard patrols over the past week
In the period from 16 to 23 August of this year, the personnel of the military units and units of the National Guard of Ukraine, which are assigned functions to protect public order, were involved in 21 regional centers of the state and in the city. Kyiv, 34 cities of regional and district subordination, 23 rural settlements, including in 10 settlements within the framework of the operation of the Joint Forces and on the territory of 5 transport infrastructure facilities.
During the week, 568 service tasks from the OGP were performed, for which more than 5 thousand 758 servicemen, 62 service dogs, 87 patrol vehicles and 222 units of motor vehicles were involved daily (on service days).
According to the results of the service with the OGP transferred to the employees of the National Police:
— 122 persons suspected of committing a crime (79 independent and 43 joint with NPU outfits),
of which:
during the carrying of the patrol service — 117 people (77 independent and 40 in joint uniforms with the NPU);
patrol of settlements within the framework of the OOO — 5 persons (2 independent and 3 joint outfits with the NPU);
— 1 thousand 495 persons for administrative offenses
(901 independent and 594 joint with NPU outfits), of which:
during the carrying of the patrol service — 1 thousand 434 persons (894 independent and 536 joint uniforms with the NPU);
patrol of settlements within the framework of the PLO — 61 persons
(3 independent and 58 joint outfits with the NPU).
Detainees seized: 1 firearms (together), 2 traumatic devices (independently), 14 rounds (independently), 4 pieces of cold weapons (2 independently, 2 together), 0.263 kg (0.205 independently, 0.058 together) of narcotic substances.

15.08.2021 by an independent patrol on the car w/h 3059 (Kremenchuk), during service with the OGP in the city. Gorishni Plavni, two citizens were detained under Art. 296 of the Criminal Code, which committed hooligan acts. In the data of citizens, a traumatic device and 5 rounds to it were seized. The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.
15.08.2021 by an independent foot patrol in the city 3039, during service with the OGP in the city. Nikolaev, was detained gr. Vovk E. A. 1986, according to Art. 296 of the Criminal Code, which committed hooligan acts. A traumatic device and 9 rounds of ammunition were seized from this citizen. The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.
15.08.2021, joint with NPU foot patrols of w/h 3011, during preventive measures under the conditional name “MAC” on the territory of the city. Kropyvnytskyi, two citizens were detained under Art. 307 CCU, in which, during the surface inspection, a narcotic substance of synthetic origin weighing 22 grams was detected. The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.
15.08.2021 by an independent patrol on the car w/h 1141, during the service with the OGP of the city. Lutsk, was detained gr. Koynichenko S. O. 1986, according to Art. 309 CCU, in which, during the surface inspection, a narcotic substance of synthetic origin weighing 10 g was detected. The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.
18.08.2021 joint patrol with the NPU on the car w/h 3039 during the service with the OGP in the city. Nikolaev, discovered and detained gr. Kolesha V. O. for Art. 190 KKU, which in the branch of LLC “NOVA POSHTA” fraudulently seized the parcel, namely the mobile phone “Xiaomi Redmi” for the amount of 8 990 UAH. The investigative and operational team of the district IP was called to the scene.
On August 18, 2021, a joint patrol with the NPU on the vehicle w/h 3059, during the preventive measures under the conditional name “MAC” on the territory of Kremenchug district, detected and detained gr. Gasparyan G. S. per Art. 185 CCU, who, by penetrating the dwelling, committed the theft of $500. The investigative and operational team of the district IP was called to the scene.
19.08.2021, together with the NPU, the foot patrol of V/ch 3011, during service with the OGP of the city. Kropyvnytskyi, was detained gr. Mikhnenko V. In 1992, according to Art. 263 CCU, in which a hunting knife was found during a surface inspection. The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.
On August 19, 2021, an independent foot patrol of V/h 3012, while serving with the police in the “Lanzheron” STP of the Odessa region (ensuring the holiday season), was detained gr. Sapozhnikova O. O. 1970, according to Art. 263 CCU, in which a knife was found during the surface inspection. The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.
20.08.2021 by a joint foot patrol of V/ch 4114, during service with the police of the city. Lviv, was detained Gr. Hurtovyi O. 2000 A.D. according to Art. 307 CCU, in which 48 bundles of a synthetic narcotic substance weighing 48 grams were detected during the surface inspection. The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.
20.08.2021, together with the NPU, a foot patrol of w/h 3035, during preventive measures in the city. Myrnohrad Donetsk region, was detained gr. Bobrysheva O. Y. for Art. 185 KKU, which committed the theft of funds in the amount of 15 thousand UAH in gr. Chuiko O.I. The investigative and operational team of the district IP was called to the scene.
20.08.2021, together with the NPU, a foot patrol of w/h 3035, during preventive measures in the city. Mirnograd of Donetsk region, according to Art. 192 KUPap “Violation by citizens of the terms of registration (re-registration) of firearms, cold or pneumatic weapons and the rules for their registration”, the hunting rifle “IZH-56" was seized. 21.08.2021 by an independent foot patrol in the city 3030, during service with the OGP in the city. Kyiv, was detained Gr. Ksifos G. F. 1976, according to Art. 263 CCU, in which during a surface inspection a knife with signs of cold weapons was found. The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.

Born in 1989 according to Art. 263 CCU, in which during a surface inspection a knife with signs of cold weapons was found. 56 mass events were provided, for which 14 thousand 212 troops were involved:
- near the Office of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on human rights, the anti-terrorist center under the Security Service of Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the Mikhailovsky Golden-Domed Cathedral, Government Residence on ul. Lipskaya, 4
- near the Court of Appeal in the city. Kyiv (August 17)
- during sports events (August 15 - 20) - during cultural and entertainment events (August 15, 20, 21)
- during the celebration of the city day (August 15, 19, 21)
- mobile reserves in temporary deployment points in case of complication of the operational situation in the city of Kiev under the time of the events dedicated to the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Independence of Ukraine (August 17-21)
- during the training of ceremonial calculations on the street.

Participation in measures to prevent the occurrence and spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in the territory of the state:
protection of hospital bases (observation sites, isolation) and vaccination sites (3 facilities) on the territory of 3 settlements of the state.
162 tasks of the patrol service were carried out, for which 5 thousand 029 servicemen, 191 service dogs, 257 units of patrol vehicles and 156 units of motor vehicles were involved.
Patrol service was performed in 14 regional centers of the state, as well as in 18 cities of regional and district subordination and in 2 rural settlements. In addition, personnel were involved in patrolling the territory of the 1st road infrastructure facility — the railway station in Kharkiv.
Daily (in days of service) more than 1 thousand servicemen were involved, who served in 314 uniforms, of which: 258 foot patrols (235 independent, 23 joint with NPU, of which 39 patrols with service dogs), 53 patrols on cars (42 independent and 11 joint with NPU) and 3 patrols bicycles.
Also, patrol units deployed within the area of the Joint Forces continued to patrol in the cities of Severodonetsk, Rubezhnoe Luhansk region and Mariupol, Slovyansk, Kramatorsk, Druzhkivka, Donetsk region.
Completed 24 service tasks, for which 742 servicemen were involved.
To ensure 77 preventive measures, 5 thousand 111 troops were involved.
The forces and means of the National Guard were involved in:
- prevention of illegal extraction of amber
- participation in preventive measures on the territory of 8 settlements of the state in places and areas with the most difficult criminogenic situation, including - under the conditional name “MAC” - in preventive measures on the territory of the exclusion zone and unconditional (mandatory) resettlement
Units of the National Guard of Ukraine continued to perform service tasks within the framework of the Joint Forces operation:
According to the results of the service, 7 persons were transferred to the National Police on suspicion of committing criminal offenses, including 3 persons on suspicion of involvement in the NSF, 85 persons for administrative offenses.
