Countering raiding in the Kiev region, counterfeiting documents and illegal land re-registration
The entrepreneur, on the basis of forged documents, confiscated land plots in the territory of the Kiev region. The owner learned about the loss of land by chance and immediately wrote a statement to the police. However, according to the applicant, the investigative actions were carried out ineffectively.
Currently, according to the results of the meeting of the Office of Business Protection at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, more than 35 searches have been carried out in the shortest possible time, as a result of which documents on illegal re-registration of land plots have been seized. Decisions on the seizure of land plots were also promptly received. The notary who made the illegal re-registration has already been informed of the suspicion.
Measures are also being taken to establish the customer of raiding actions for the seizure of land. The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
