Five organizers of the illegal “referendum” of 2014 were brought to justice
In the Luhansk region, the organizers of the illegal “referendum” in 2014 were brought to criminal responsibility.
The servicemen of the operational-search units of the Luhansk Border Detachment continue to expose persons who took an active part in measures to change the territorial integrity of Ukraine in favor of the occupying power of the Russian Federation.
Thus, during 2021, the district court of Luhansk region, according to the results of the pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings initiated by the operatives of the Luhansk border detachment, five citizens of Ukraine — supporters of the “pseudo-state”, found guilty of committing the crime provided for in Part 2 of Art. 110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “Infringement on the territorial integrity and integrity of Ukraine”, and imposed a punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term of 5 years with an exam period of 1 year.
