By decision of the Joint Forces Operation Commander, all checkpoints are open for passage through the demarcation line. Checkpoints operate daily from 08.00 to 16.00. However, the free movement of citizens is hindered by the occupiers.
The militants completely blocked five of the seven road corridors, and in the other two significantly restricted the movement of citizens
.

Opposite the checkpoint “Novotroitske”, the occupiers pass only certain citizens twice a week — on Monday and Friday. During these days, 438 people and 82 vehicles crossed the demarcation line at the checkpoint to the temporarily occupied part of Donetsk region, at the same time 263 persons and 60 vehicles passed through the territory controlled by the Ukrainian authorities.

Of the seven open checkpoints, the daily pass is carried out only in “Stanytsya Luhanska”. It is worth noting that even in front of this checkpoint, Russian mercenaries significantly limit the ability of citizens to cross the line of demarcation. Since last week, the intensity of passenger traffic there has decreased by another 19%. In just one week, 1,858 people passed through this road corridor into the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, and 547 people entered the controlled territory.

Six trucks with humanitarian cargo from the International Committee of the Red Cross passed through the checkpoint “Novotroitske”. For the population of the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, international organizations supplied food and hygiene kits. The total weight of humanitarian aid was 116.8 tons.

We remind you that citizens who are subject to self-isolation while following the controlled territory are obliged to install and activate the mobile application of the system “At Home”. If it is not possible to install a mobile application, they are subject to observation. And foreigners, when crossing the demarcation line, in addition, must have an insurance policy.

At the same time, there is a wide list of categories of citizens to whom self-isolation does not apply. We advise citizens to familiarize themselves with the full list of categories of persons who are not subject to self-isolation. Self-isolation will stop if a negative COVID-19 test result is obtained by PCR or express test, which is carried out after crossing the checkpoint.

Also a prerequisite is the passage of temperature screening and staying in the checkpoint in a protective mask (respirator) with observance of social distance.
