Border guards have banned another Russian tourist from entering Ukraine
At the checkpoint “Zhulyany” border guards of the separate checkpoint “Kiev” decided to ban the entry into Ukraine for a Russian actor and TV presenter. A Russian born in 1974 arrived in Ukraine, having a permanent residence permit in our country.
Nevertheless, the border guards established the facts of his illegal visit to the temporarily occupied Crimea.
Today, a foreigner who illegally visited the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine left Ukraine on a flight “Kiev-Warsaw”. After registering him for departure, border guards for three years banned the violator from entering the territory of our state, in accordance with the requirements of Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Legal Status of Foreigners and Stateless Persons”.
Also, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine is preparing a letter to the unit of the State Migration Service of Ukraine with the initiative to cancel the foreign violator's residence permit, which gives him the right to temporary residence in Ukraine.
