Border guards found stalker from Moscow region in Chernobyl zone
A foreigner entered the territory of our state legally through one of the car checkpoints.
This night, during the patrol of the exclusion zone, the border guards of the Ivankov department together with the National Police officers discovered a new moon that had penetrated the territory of the Chernobyl zone for the purpose of extreme tourism, bypassing the checkpoints.
The extreme tourist of 24 years turned out to be a citizen of the Russian Federation, a resident of the Moscow region. A foreigner entered the territory of our state legally through one of the car checkpoints.
Representatives of the police in relation to the offender have drawn up a protocol under Art. 46-1 “Violation of the requirements of the radiation safety regime in areas exposed to radioactive contamination” KUPAP. A foreigner faces punishment in the form of a fine of 20 to 30 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens. Administrative materials are sent to the court for a legal decision. In addition, the issue of shortening the period of stay of a foreigner on the territory of Ukraine is resolved.
The State Border Service once again appeals to citizens and reminds that the exclusion zone is a controlled territory, and therefore illegal tourism and recreation in this area is prohibited!
