Border guards formalized more than 15 thousand Hasidic pilgrims

The coming of the new year 5,782 according to the Jewish calendar falls on September 6-8. That is why pilgrims have been arriving in Ukraine in large numbers over the past week.
Since August 30, border guards have executed registration of more than 15 thousand Hasidic pilgrims.
The largest groups of pilgrims, in total — about 5 thousand people, arrived on September 2. Over the past day, more than 4,000 Hasidim have been executed.
Border guards most often carry out their registration at the airports “Boryspil”, “Zhuliany” and “Odessa”, as well as at the checkpoints “Krakivets”, “Shegyny”, “Solotvyno”, “Luzhanka”, “Porubne” and “Platonovo”.
The first scheduled return flights should take place on the night of September 9.
