Precarpathian law enforcement officers reported suspicion to the state registrar in transactions with real estate worth 4 million hryvnias
Cyber police have exposed an official who, using his official position, took over the land of the Carpathians. Investigators informed the attacker about the suspicion. The court will soon choose a precautionary measure for the suspect.
Cyberpolice officers, together with investigators of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Police Department, under the procedural guidance of the Ivano-Frankivsk Local Prosecutor's Office, exposed the registrar to unauthorized change of information in the state register.
It was established that the official, using a personal key, committed unauthorized actions with information that is processed in electronic computers and automated systems. Subsequently, there was a change of owners of real estate objects without their knowledge and consent.
The amount of damage caused is more than 4 million hryvnias.
Law enforcement officers conducted a number of investigative actions, during which documents confirming the involvement of the defendant in a criminal offense and other material evidence were seized.
To the offender, the investigators were informed of the suspicion of committing crimes provided for in Part 3 of Art. 362 and Part 3 of Art. 365-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
These are unauthorized actions with information that is processed in electronic computers (computers), automated systems, computer networks or stored on the media of such information, committed by a person who has the right to access it and abuse of authority by persons providing public services.
Soon, the court will choose a precautionary measure for the suspect.
