By the Presidential Decree of August 24, 2021 No. 433/2021:
Special rank of Major General of the Civil Protection Service was awarded to Colonel of the Civil Protection Service Oleksandr Vasilyevich Volobuyev - Head of the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Kharkiv Oblast and Colonel of the Civil Protection Service Dotsenko Oleksandr Volodymyrovych - Director of the Department Personnel of the apparatus of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
Presidential Decree of August 24, 2021 №434/2021:
The military rank of brigadier general was assigned to Colonel Valery Pavlovich Vavrynyuk - the head of the Eastern Regional Department of the State Border Service of Ukraine.
