The exchange programme fulfils one of CEPOL's key objectives — the development of European law enforcement culture. It aims to strengthen cooperation in the fight against crime through training and provides participants with the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the working methods of other countries, fostering trust and cooperation between law enforcement representatives from all over Europe and beyond.
