Law enforcers establish the circumstances of the shooting in the Dnieper district of the capital
Unknown gunmen fired several shots at the bus. As a result of the incident, the driver received bodily injuries, doctors assisted him on the spot, the victim refused hospitalization. Police establish all the circumstances of the incident and the persons involved.
The Kiev police received a message to the special line 102, that in the Dnieper district a group of unknown men shot at a bus. An investigative task force, patrol police officers and doctors immediately went to the scene.
Arriving at the specified address, law enforcement officers interviewed witnesses of the incident and conducted an inspection of the scene. Previously, the police found out that the attackers fired several times in the direction of the shuttle and fled. As a result of the incident, the bus driver, born in 1996, received bodily injuries. Doctors assisted him on the spot, the victim refused hospitalization.
According to this fact, the investigators of the Dnipro Police Department opened criminal proceedings under Part 4 of Art. 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, - hooliganism. The sanction of the article provides for up to seven years in prison.
Currently, law enforcement efforts are aimed at identifying and detaining the assailants.
