Law enforcement officers establish the circumstances of the incident on the Alley of Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred
Citizens who were on the Alley tried to dismantle the installation installed there. There was a scuffle between them and law enforcement officers. Information about the presence of victims on both sides is clarified.
In the center of Kiev on the Alley of Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred, where the installation of the installation for festive events on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Independence of Ukraine took place, a dispute arose due to the question of the legality of the installation of this structure. At the scene of the incident, citizens gathered who tried to dismantle it. As a result, a scuffle ensued between them and law enforcement officers.
Law enforcement officers check the availability of permits for the installation of the structure.
