Police received a report of a knife wound of a man on Shota Rustaveli Street. Patrol police crews, an investigative task force and medics immediately went to the scene.
According to preliminary information, there was a conflict between the drivers of the tow truck and the Lexus car, as a result of which the driver of the foreign car inflicted a knife wound on the opponent and left the scene.
Doctors on site provide the necessary assistance to the victim. Law enforcement efforts are aimed at finding and detaining the identity of the offender and establishing all the circumstances of the incident.
The event is registered in the Journal of the Unified Record of Statements and Notices of the Pechersk Police Department. After the first-line investigative actions of the incident, legal qualification will be provided.
