Law enforcement officers of the Carpathian region honored veterans and pensioners of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Police of Ukraine
On December 20, police officers honor those who dedicated their lives to the service of the Law, stood up for the rule of law and the peace of citizens. It is this date that is determined by the Day of Commemoration of Pensioners and Veterans of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Police of Ukraine.
Today, police officers of Ivano-Frankivsk region, together with the head of the regional police Serhiy Bezpalko, pensioners and veterans, honored with a minute of silence the memory of their colleagues who died in the line of duty, and laid flowers at the monument to the deceased law enforcement officers.
Addressing those present, the head of the Precarpathian police thanked them for many years of selfless and impeccable service, wished good health, family well-being, peaceful skies and long years of life.
