Law enforcement officers of Kyiv will ensure law order during events in the central part of the city - Andriy Kryshchenko
Police officers will monitor the participants' compliance with law and order, quarantine requirements and the prevention of the use of prohibited symbols.
Today in the center of the capital it is planned to hold a march from Arsenalnaya Square to the Independence Square. Therefore, the route of the column will be partially limited to traffic on Hrushevsky Street, Kriposnyi Lane and Institutskaya Street. Therefore, we ask drivers to plan traffic routes in advance, taking into account the above information.
In order to prevent violations of public order, employees of the structural units of the Metropolitan Police, servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine and the Dialogue Police took up increased duty.
“We have involved representatives of all structural units, including police dialogue, to ensure law and order. In order to prevent any offenses, the police will carry out preventive measures, including selective checks of things and documents from citizens. In view of this, I ask citizens to be tolerant and understanding about the actions of law enforcement officers, because such preventive measures are aimed exclusively at ensuring public safety and law order,” Andriy Kryshchenko said.
Law enforcement officers appeal to the organizers and participants of the action to comply with the norms of the current legislation and not to use prohibited symbols.
