Suspected attacker who shot man in Dnipro reported
On suspicion of premeditated murder, a citizen of another state was declared a suspect under Part 2 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Measures are being taken to establish his whereabouts.

As a result of investigative and operational measures, the police established the identity of the suspect. He turned out to be a citizen of another state, born in 1993. Measures are now being taken to establish his whereabouts.
The investigative department on this fact opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (premeditated murder).
