Officials of the Zaporizhzhya Regional Board of the State Geocadastre were informed of suspicions of transactions with land worth almost UAH 1.7 million
It is known that the criminal group consisted of a total of five people, among them - cadastral registrars and other citizens. They privately owned more than 58 hectares of land.
Under the “leadership” of the head of one of the district departments of the Department of the State Geocadastre in the Zaporizhzhya region, the defendants illegally removed from the state and transferred to private ownership the land plots located in the region.
The attackers used fake orders of the district state administration and forms of land registration acts. On this basis, unauthorized changes were made to the automated system of the State Land Cadastre. In this way, the intruders managed to illegally remove from the state and transfer to private ownership more than 58 hectares of land. Almost UAH 1.7 million of losses were caused to public interests.
The operatives of the Strategic Investigations Department in Zaporizhzhya oblast together with the investigators of the regional police department under the procedural guidance of the Zaporizhzhya Regional Prosecutor's Office exposed the illegal activities of the attackers.
Yesterday, April 23, five members of the criminal group were informed of suspicions under several articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine: part 4 of article 190 (fraud) and part 3 of article 28, part 3 of article 362 (unauthorized actions with information processed in electronic computing machines (computers), automated systems, computer networks or such information stored on media, committed by a person who has the right to access it).
