Warning about complications of weather conditions on the territory of Ukraine
Due to the release of an active cyclone in Ukraine, the weather conditions are expected to become more complicated: on December
27 in the afternoon in the Odessa, Mykolaiv and Kherson regions, during December 28 in the southern regions, at night and in the Vinnytsia, Khmelnytsky and Chernivtsi regions, in the afternoon and in the central and eastern regions, significant temperatures snow in the form of snow and wet snow (increase of snow cover 10-20 cm), sticking of wet snow; in the southern part, in the afternoon and in the central regions, wet snow and rain, ice; in Ukraine, except for the western and northern regions, gusts of 15-20 m/s, blizzards, snow drifts; ice on the roads of the country (I level of danger, YELLOW).
Such weather conditions can cause disruption of transport and disruption of the power supply of settlements.
