Police of Kharkiv region are investigating the circumstances of the murder of a man due to negligence during a hunt
In a tract on the territory of the Krasnokutsk forestry, a man was fatally injured during the hunt. From his injuries, he died on the spot.
A report of the incident was received by the police on December 26 at 13:10. The management of the GUNP in the Kharkiv region, the investigative and operational team, the mobile forensic laboratory traveled to the address.
It was established that the hunt took place in a tract on the territory of the Krasnokutsk forestry in the company of men. The 40-year-old hunter fired his own smooth-bore hunting rifle IZH-27 and accidentally hit a 39-year-old acquaintance.
Information about the incident is included in the Unified Register of Pretrial Investigations under Part 1 of Art. 119 (murder due to negligence) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
A 40-year-old man has been reported on suspicion of committing a crime. The sanction of the article provides for up to 5 years in prison.
