Police opened criminal proceedings over shelling of Nevelske village
Tonight, members of the National Defense Forces shelled a village in Pokrovsky district. As a result of the shelling, 9 houses were damaged, three of which were completely destroyed. At the moment, the Avdiyivka police leadership has gone to the scene to provide assistance to local residents.
It was established that at 01:30 the village of Nevelske was attacked by illegal armed formations. The shells hit the houses located on Molodezhnaya Street. As a result of the shelling, 9 houses were damaged, three of which were completely destroyed. The information is being clarified.
An investigative and operational team of Avdiyivka police worked at the scene, which documented the consequences of the night shelling.
Criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of laws and customs of war). The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for a term of eight to twelve years.
At the moment, the leadership of the Avdiyivka police has left for the scene. A survey of the village by a special commission of the Ocheretynska OCA is carried out to clarify information about the damage and provide assistance to local residents.
