“The National Police, together with the Ministry of Digital Affairs, have developed and started integrating the relevant software on the tablets of police officers so that they can quickly and smoothly check the certificate from the “Action” or scan its paper version. Roughly the way driver's license checks work now. In a few days, this process will be fully adjusted,” the Head of the National Police of Ukraine said in his column for Interfax.
Klimenko also said that if Ukraine introduces a full lockdown, the restrictions for vaccinated people will be less. To take advantage of these benefits, you must have an internal vaccination certificate. It should contain a QR code so that law enforcement officers can verify the validity of such a document.
It should be noted that the National Police and the State Service for Consumer Protection and Consumer Protection are the competent bodies that have the right to check the validity of such certificates.
