Police checked checkpoint “Mayorske”: information about mining was not confirmed

Police searched the area. No explosive objects were found.
The Bakhmut police department received a message about the threat of an explosion at the checkpoint of the entrance and exit “Mayorske”.
All personnel at the checkpoint were evacuated. An investigative task force and emergency services worked at the scene. Explosives and dog handlers surveyed the area. The leadership of the Bakhmut police was on the spot.
Police establish the circumstances of the incident.
The issue of opening criminal proceedings with preliminary legal qualification under Art. 258 “Terrorist act” of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
