Police establish the circumstances of hooliganism in Odessa (UPDATED: ADDED PHOTO, VIDEO)
The police became aware of the fact that unknown people on cars are shooting into the air near the shopping center. Now an investigative and operational team has gone to the scene.
Information on this fact is included in the Unified Register of Pretrial Investigations under Part 4 of Art. 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. To detain the car of offenders, the police operation “Perekhvat” was put into effect.
According to the head of the GUNP in the Odessa region Oleg Bekh, the person who committed hooliganism with shooting has been established. The offender will be punished in accordance with the law.
Also installed was the driver of the car, who by his actions created an emergency on the road. An administrative protocol will be drawn up regarding the husband.

The police operation “Perekhvat” was filmed. It is established that the incident with the shooting occurred during the celebration of the wedding. One of the guests fired several shots into the air from a presumably automatic weapon. As a result of these actions, no one was hurt. Currently, the 22-year-old offender is detained in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, with him urgent investigative actions are being carried out. The weapon has been removed and it will be sent for examination. In accordance with Part 4 of Art. 296 of the Criminal Code, for armed hooliganism a man faces from three to seven years in prison.
