Tonight, the duty unit of the Kiev police received a report that there was an explosion in the house on Zoologichnaya Street. Investigative and operational teams of the district and main departments of the police, explosives and doctors worked at the scene.
It was previously established that the 43-year-old victim had detonated an explosive object in his hands. The man was immediately hospitalized in a medical facility. Police are currently investigating the circumstances of the explosion. The issue of providing legal qualification of the event is resolved.
