Police conduct investigative actions at one of the bases in Kiev
Procedural measures on Trukhanov Island are carried out within the framework of criminal proceedings opened on the fact of unauthorized occupation of land on the island.
Today, April 9, on the basis of the court decision, employees of the Strategic Investigation Department in the city of Kyiv of the National Police and the Prosecutor's Office with the participation of specialists of the State Administration of Ukraine, the Environmental Inspectorate and the State Geocadastre carry out an inspection of the land plot, buildings and structures located on it.
Also, the water police and the special purpose police regiment are involved in the investigative action. Information disseminated by some media and individuals regarding the assault of the base and the use of air forces is not true.
Procedural guidance in criminal proceedings opened under Part 4 of Art. 197-1 (unauthorized occupation of land and unauthorized construction) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is carried out by the Podolsk District Prosecutor's Office of Kyiv.
