Police of Kyiv region establish circumstances of notification of Chernobyl nuclear power plant mine
The notification of the nuclear power plant breakdown was sent to the company's e-mail address. Employees of the power plant reported this to the police and the SBU.
After holding a joint meeting of employees of the enterprise, the National Police of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, the National Police Service of Ukraine, the National Police of Ukraine, the NGO and the State Emergency Service, an emergency hazard regime was introduced on the territory of the enterprise.
The investigative and operational team of the Vyshhorod district police department, cynologists, explosives technicians of the Kiev region police immediately arrived at the scene of the incident. Law enforcement officers also served on the entire 10-kilometer territory of the exclusion zone, three checkpoints, patrolled the area. The NPP was guarded by employees of the National Guard of Ukraine, and 2 crews of the State Emergency Service were also involved.
During the inspection, no explosive devices and hazardous substances were detected on the territory of the nuclear power plant.
At 15.20 the emergency mode is removed.
