Suspects in the attempt on the life of a civil activist in Dnipro were taken into custody in the courtroom
Yesterday, July 25, Amur-Nizhnedneprovsky district in the city. The Dnipro court chose preventive measures for the suspects in the form of detention without the right to make bail.
This was told by the deputy head of the GUNP in the Dnipropetrovsk region Sergey Bukhinnyk. The men were handed a notice of suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 15 Clause 12 Part 2 of Art. 115 (attempted premeditated murder) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Recall: July 15 in the city. Dnipro suspects attacked a 37-year-old woman in the entrance of the house and caused her bodily harm. During the operational measures, the police established that two men, 28 and 36 years old, were involved in the attack. The first suspect was detained on July 22, and the next day a second man was detained, who is hiding from law enforcement agencies in the Zaporizhzhya region.
