Checkpoints operate daily from 08.00 to 16.00. However, traffic in most humanitarian road corridors is blocked from the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine.

Of the seven open checkpoints, a full pass is carried out only in “Stanytsya Luhanska”. Passenger traffic in it decreased by 33% compared to last week. The decrease in the intensity of crossing the demarcation line is recorded from the moment of the change in the rules of the intersection, which is associated with quarantine.

In total, 8,991 people passed through this road corridor into the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine in a week, and 7,460 people entered the controlled territory.

In front of the checkpoint “Novotroitske”, the occupiers unblock the movement, only for individual citizens, twice a week — on Mondays and Fridays. During these days, 660 people and 67 vehicles crossed the demarcation line at the checkpoint to the temporarily occupied part of Donetsk region, at the same time, 504 people and 88 vehicles passed through the territory controlled by the Ukrainian authorities.

Border guards found 4 citizens who were heading to the controlled territory on partially forged documents. Notices are sent to the National Police on the detection of signs of criminal offenses.

24 trucks with humanitarian aid from the International Committee of the Red Cross and the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees passed through the checkpoints “Novotroitske” and “Schastya”. International organizations delivered more than 184 tons of medical goods, hygiene kits and building materials to the residents of the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine.

We remind you that the conditions for crossing the demarcation line have been changed in the checkpoints, which is associated with quarantine.

In particular, citizens of Ukraine who are subject to self-isolation while following the controlled territory are obliged to install and activate the application “At Home”. If it is not possible to install a mobile application, they are subject to observation. Foreigners must also have an insurance policy when crossing the demarcation line.

At the same time, there is a wide list of categories of citizens to whom self-isolation does not apply. We advise citizens to familiarize themselves with the full list of categories of persons who are not subject to self-isolation. Self-isolation will stop if a negative COVID-19 test result is obtained by PCR or express test, which is carried out after crossing the checkpoint.
