Organized a “shooting” in the walls of the special institution - the “watchman” according to the Kharkiv SIZO was informed of the suspicion
During the criminal gathering, so-called “elders” were appointed from among the detainees of the detention center.
Operatives of the Directorate of Strategic Investigations in the Kharkiv region of the National Police and the operational department of the SIZO have exposed the 43-year-old previously convicted in the organization of the so-called “ambush”. During the criminal meeting, under the chairmanship of the “spotter”, those responsible for certain buildings on the territory of the institution were appointed. Through these persons, the “authority” spread the criminal flow, controlled the receipt and distribution of material goods, in particular cash, for the needs of the arrested, to the so-called “commons”, as well as their observance of the unwritten laws of conduct generally accepted in thieves' circles.
On June 23, on the basis of the evidence received, investigators of the investigative department of the regional police reported the suspicion of the so-called “spy” behind the Kharkiv Detention Center. He is charged with organizing and participating in a criminal assembly (shooting) - part 1 of Art. 255-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Previously, he was reported on suspicion of establishing and spreading criminal influence in the detention center and the sale of drugs to the arrested (Part 2 of Article 255-1 and Part 2 of Art. 307 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
In addition, in May of this year, his accomplice, the so-called “spy” behind one of the buildings of the institution, was suspected. The latter received his criminal status at a criminal gathering.
Activities to expose persons were carried out with the participation of employees of the Department of Operational and Investigative Work of the North-East Interregional Department for the Execution of Criminal Punishments. Procedural guidance in criminal proceedings is carried out by Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.
For organizing and participating in a criminal gathering (shooting), the current legislation provides for criminal liability in the form of imprisonment for a period of seven to twelve years with confiscation of property.
