Operational information on the event on the territory of PJSC “RivneAzot”
July 20 around 17:00 near the city. In Rivne on the territory of the plant of PJSC “RivneAzot” in the nitric acid production workshop there was depressurization of the pipeline and a single emission of a small amount of nitrous gases on the territory of the plant.

At 17:26 the personnel of the facility stopped leaking nitrous gases. There are no casualties or casualties. The workshop operates in regular mode. According to the measurements carried out by the laboratory of the enterprise, no chemical-hazardous substances were detected in the air, there is no threat to the population and the environment. The concentration of nitrogen oxide in the air on the territory of the enterprise was 0.5 - 0.8 mg/m3 at the maximum permissible
concentration - 1.5 mg/m3. For alternation from The SNS involved 15 people and 4 units of equipment.
On July 20, employees of the State Administration “Rivne Regional Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Diseases of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine” and Rivne Regional Center for Hydrometeorology conducted air measurements in surrounding settlements (p. Karaevychi, s. Gorodok, s. Obariv of Rivne district and microdistrict Yuvileynyy m. Rivne), excess of the maximum permissible concentrations of chemical-hazardous substances in the air was not detected.
