Currently, 100 Ukrainian rescuers are helping to extinguish large-scale fires in Greece
During August 9, a combined detachment of the State Emergency Service of 100 people in the territory of Northern Evia of the Greek Republic, near the village of Gouves, extinguished the edge of the fire, with a total length of about 8 thousand meters.
Recall that on August 6, a combined detachment of firefighters from all over the country arrived in Greece to help fight large-scale forest fires. To fulfill the task of the Head of State Volodymyr Zelensky and the decision of the Government, a hundred rescuers of the State Emergency Service with the necessary equipment took off from the airport “Kyiv”.
