Inventory of illegal buildings should begin in the near future — Anton Gerashchenko
Today, April 26, the regular meeting of the Interdepartmental Working Group on assisting affected investors in the completion of unfinished residential construction facilities was held. Chairman of the working group, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Anton Gerashchenko said that a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine was drafted by joint efforts, which will allow to carry out an inventory of unfinished works.
“The working group has prepared the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On Carrying Out the Inventory of Unfinished Works”, currently the project is being worked on in the MinRegion and will be sent to the Cabinet of Ministers in the near future. It is this resolution that will bring into the legislative field the question of how to inventory illegal buildings so that they are reflected in the state register,” Anton Gerashchenko said.
The Deputy Minister also noted that on the objects of unfinished construction of Ukrobud, a meeting of the new management was organized with the Kyivmiskbud Corporation on the issue of commissioning of residential complexes.
“As for the unfinished buildings of the company “Ukrobud”, the residential complexes “Demievsky Quarter” and “Flagman” expressed a desire to study the issue of possible completion of the specified residential complexes by two construction companies. Meetings were held with them and primary documentation was provided for study. The company “DTEK” for the residential complex “Demievsky Quarter” carried out preliminary calculations of the cost of projects for the construction of an electric substation,” he said.
At the same time, the deputy minister stressed that work with investors affected by illegal actions of developers continues not only in the capital. In Kharkiv, at the session of the City Council, a decision has already been made on the allocation of land for the residential complex “New House on Newton”. The signing of the contract is being prepared. In addition, after holding a meeting with investors of the residential complex “Heroes of Stalingrad”, the investigators of the GUNP in the Kharkiv region are investigating a number of criminal proceedings.
Recall that the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the National Bank of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, the Kyiv City State Administration, the Deposit Guarantee Fund, the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories and other parties signed a Memorandum on assistance to victims of unscrupulous actions of the liquidated bank “Arkada”. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, within the framework of the Memorandum, undertook to ensure public order and security, as well as to conduct a full and impartial pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings carried out by the National Police on the facts of appropriation of funds of Arkada Bank.
