The National Police received the right of self-representation in court
From now on, the National Police will carry out self-representation in the courts of Ukraine and other bodies in the prescribed manner, without a separate mandate from the head of the NPU. This decision was made today, April 14, during the regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The draft act supplements paragraphs 5 and 11 of the Regulations on the National Police with sub-paragraphs on ensuring the self-representation of the NPU in the courts of Ukraine and other bodies in the established procedure. The Head of the National Police is empowered to determine from among the officials of the legal services of the apparatus of the central police management body, its territorial bodies persons who will act on behalf of the police in the order of self-representation in the courts of Ukraine and other bodies without a separate mandate from him.
Recall, the Government has simplified the procedure for granting immigration permission to foreign investors.
