In Khmelnytskyi region, investigators announced a suspicion of the state registrar, who illegally re-registered real estate worth 750 thousand UAH
The suspect illegally carried out the division of real estate and changed its owner.
Investigators of the investigative department of the GUNP in Khmelnytsky region under the procedural guidance of the regional prosecutor's office reported a suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 362 (unauthorized change of information processed in automated systems) and Part 3 of Art. 365-2 (abuse of authority by a person who carries out professional activities related to with the provision of public services) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine to the state registrar of one of the city councils of the region.
As established by law enforcement officers, the official unlawfully removed the seizure from a non-residential premises worth more than 740 thousand UAH, which was imposed by a court decision, carried out the division of the above property and changed the owner.
The official made such decisions despite the prohibition of any action on the seized property.
Today, June 30, the investigators informed the state registrar about the suspicion of committing the above criminal offenses.
The issue of choosing a suspect for a precautionary measure and removal from office is currently being resolved.
