A man who ordered the murder of an entrepreneur will appear before the court in Khmelnytskyi Oblast
Law enforcement officers received information that a 49-year-old resident of Bukovina planned the murder of his former roommate and is looking for an executor. It was established that the customer had a long conflict with the victim. The life of a 46-year-old woman was estimated by the attacker at $2,100.
In order to prevent a particularly serious crime, law enforcement officers simulated the disappearance and murder of a woman so that the “executor” could provide the customer with evidence of the completed order.
The customer was detained by law enforcement officers in Kamenets-Podilskyi in accordance with Art. 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine immediately during the transfer of funds to the “killer” for the work performed.
Currently, the pre-trial investigation within the framework of the criminal proceedings opened under Part 1 of Art. 14, Clause 11, 12 Part 2 of Article 115 (Murder on Order) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine has been completed. Investigators have already sent the indictment to court.
