In Kherson region, juvenile police drew up a protocol for bullying the parents of a 4th grade student who offended classmates
A resident of the Beryslav district turned to the police. The woman reported that at school a classmate hurts her 10-year-old son. Juvenile prevention workers went to the educational institution and after checking the information, communication with students and teachers, the fact of bullying was confirmed.
It turned out that not only the applicant's son, but also other students of the class suffered from harassment. Buller pushed children, spat at them, verbally insulted and systematically provoked conflicts.
The teachers explained that the bully aggressively behaved with all the children, did not react to the comments of the teachers. They had a difficult time with the child, but the situation did not change.
In the presence of parents and teachers, juvenile prevention inspectors conducted an explanatory work with the student on the inadmissibility of such behavior and the legal consequences of systematic harassment.
In relation to one of the parents of the offender, an administrative protocol was drawn up under Article 173-4 “Bullying (harassment) of a participant in the educational process” of the KUPap.
Police officers urge not to silence cases of bullying, so as not to favor violators and prevent the consequences of harassment.
