A “lawman” nicknamed “Levan Galsky” and a “criminal authority” was detained in Kharkiv region during an attempt to illegally cross the border
Both tried to enter the territory of Ukraine from the Russian Federation outside the checkpoint.
Yesterday, July 26, the operatives of the Strategic Investigations Department in the Kharkiv region of the National Police together with the employees of the Topol Border Guard Department of the Kharkiv Border Patrol detained two people without any documents. According to operational data, the violators are “the law” nicknamed “Levan Galsky” and “criminal authority”.
The 42-year-old “lawman” - a citizen of the Russian Federation - in May this year was included in the sanctions list of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. His accomplice is a 31-year-old citizen of Georgia and a “criminal authority”.
Both men were detained on the basis of Art. 263 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses. Law enforcement officers are currently working with them.
