In the capital city of Podil, children together with law enforcement officers “entered the service” in the investigative and operational group
Police officers familiarized students with the main areas of work and prepared tasks in the form of a game quest. The students went to a fictional scene, where, like real police officers, they were looking for material evidence and finding out the motives for the crime. Children successfully coped with the task for which they received thematic gifts from law enforcement officers.
Metropolitan police officers invited students of an educational institution located in the Podolsk district, for whom they organized a game quest. The main goal of the game was to plunge into the atmosphere of the work of law enforcement officers.
During the meeting, Senior Inspector of the Juvenile Prevention Sector of the Podolsk Police Department, Evgeny Pastukhov, told the children about the main tasks of the investigator, the acting commissioner and the forensic expert who go to the crime scene:
“I gave the little guests a briefing, and then we all went together to the police station, where we received an urgent call about a “crime” and, without wasting time, went to the scene.”
The newly formed investigative and operational group on official cars went to the territorial police station, where, according to the legend, there was a theft. And the location was a pre-equipped office.
“Upon arrival, a witness approached us and reported that he saw a man who jumped from the window of the first floor, holding something in his hands, and ran in an unknown direction. In order to establish all the circumstances and properly collect the physical evidence, we began to carefully and step by step examine the premises. The most interesting for children was the work of a forensic expert - they looked at the contents of his suitcase with pleasure and asked a lot of questions,” added Evgeny Pastukhov.
Ahead, the boys and girls were waiting for riddles and tasks that they successfully coped with. The children thanked the law enforcement officers for an interesting and unusual leisure time, and so that the memories of this day were with the schoolchildren as long as possible, the police gave everyone play sets of young detectives and forensics.
