Joint border operation “Polissya” continues in Rivne region
Today, near the Ukrainian-Belarusian border in Rivne region, the participants of the operation trained to restrain numerous groups of violators of the state border.
According to the legend of the combined tactical and special exercises, border guards received information that on the territory of Belarus, on the highway near the Ukrainian border, about a hundred illegal immigrants appeared. Potential violators on foot move in the direction of the checkpoint “Horodyshche”. The risk of a mass breakout is reported to the Interregional Coordination Headquarters, which organizes the response to the situation and coordinates the actions of heterogeneous forces and means involved in the combined tactical and special training.
Reserves are deployed to the site, containment groups, dog teams, interpreter-negotiators, air monitoring specialists, rescuers, medical personnel are involved.
Educational illegals are divided into groups, trying to break in and out of the checkpoint. They break engineering barriers, try to break the mood of law enforcement officers, start a fire, use stones, branches, sticks. At the same time, at the border and in the rear areas, the participants of the Polissya operation: border guards, guards, police officers, migration officers, SBU officers, representatives of local authorities work out various algorithms of actions. Representatives of all involved entities perform tasks as assigned in order to achieve a single goal.
The head of the Interregional Coordination Staff Colonel Vladislav Blindyuk thanked all the participants of the training, who clearly worked out all the specified tasks. He stressed that this was preceded by intense training, thanks to which each participant was able to understand their role and place in the general service order. And if there is no longer a learning situation at the border, these skills and coherence will help all the bodies involved to respond to it qualitatively and effectively.
Recall that the joint special border operation “Polissya”, which began on November 23, takes place in all five regions bordering Belarus.
Yesterday in Chernihiv region, training of units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs took place within the framework of the special operation “Polissya”.
