In Poltava region, the police exposed a scheme for the sale of oil products of dubious quality at one of Poltava gas stations
The Investigative Department of the Police of the oblast, under the operational support of the Department for the Protection of Public Interests and the State Head of Police, carries out a pre-trial investigation into the fact that diesel fuel and gasoline that do not meet the requirements of the state standard of Ukraine at one of the gas stations of Poltava.
Artem Rodygin, deputy chief of police of Poltava region, said: “During the sanctioned search on the territory of the gas station, investigators, under the procedural guidance of the Poltava District Prosecutor's Office, seized more than 75 tons of diesel fuel and more than 9.5 tons of gasoline.”
Within the framework of criminal proceedings opened under Part 2 of Article 190 (Fraud committed repeatedly, either by prior conspiracy by a group of persons or such that caused significant harm to the victim) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the issue of the imposition of arrest on the seized property is resolved. Investigative and investigative actions are currently underway.
