In Odesa region, police launched an investigation into the fact of mistreatment of dogs
A resident of the rural community of Dachne appealed to law enforcement agencies with a request to take action against neighbors who shot several of his dogs.
In the course of checking this message, law enforcement officers interviewed both parties — the applicant and the men accused by him. The latter deny their involvement in the incident with animals. However, they do not deny that they have clashed with a neighbor because of them more than once.
For an objective and comprehensive investigation of the case, the information was entered into the Unified Register of Pretrial Investigations under Part 1 of Art. 299 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Police are now studying the videos recovered from the scene and establishing the whereabouts of the missing dogs.
