A boat with border guards overturned in Odesa region during border patrol
Three servicemen were rescued, the search for the fourth continues.
Today, about 16 o'clock on Lake Tudorove, a motor boat capsized, on which four servicemen of the State Border Service were patrolling the border.
Three servicemen got to land, one of them was actually pulled out by a fellow soldier on himself. All those rescued overcooled, one suffered a leg injury. They are now being provided with the necessary assistance.
The search for another border guard continues.
Border guards of nearby units, employees of the water police sector of the Odessa district administration, the State Emergency Service, fishermen were involved in the search.
Searches are also conducted from the air. For this purpose, a helicopter of the Odessa Air Squadron of the State Border Guard Service was involved. The divers of the State Emergency Service work.
The circumstances that caused the extraordinary event to occur are being clarified. The prosecutor's office was informed and an official investigation was appointed.
