Officers of the Department of Internal and Own Security of the Luhansk Border Detachment, the investigator of the TU of the State Police of Ukraine Kramatorsk, under the procedural guidance of the Luhansk specialized prosecutor's office in the military and defense sphere, a former soldier of the Luhansk detachment was exposed.

The measures taken by the VVVB gathered a sufficient evidence base on the basis of which the investigator of the TU SBI, with the agreement of the Luhansk specialized prosecutor's office in the military and defense sphere, was informed of the suspicion of having committed a criminal offense, provided for in Part 3 of Article 407 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
