13-year-old girl died in Luhansk region: police launched criminal proceedings
In Lisichansk, a child died due to a fall from a height. Police establish the circumstances of the tragic event that led to the death of a minor.
It is currently established that the 13-year-old girl, along with her 16-year-old companion, were walking in an abandoned building on the street. Glinki m. Lysychanskaya. Having climbed to the 2-3 floor, the girl tried to pass through the destroyed wall, but could not resist and fell. From the physical injuries received, the child died on the spot.
In the framework of criminal proceedings initiated under Art. 115 Criminal Code of Ukraine “Premeditated murder” marked “accident”, under the procedural guidance of the prosecutor's office, investigative actions continue.
