In Luhansk region, law enforcement officers detected and stopped unauthorized interference in the work of the radio electronic networks of units of the PLO
Cyberpolice officers in the Luhansk region, together with investigators of the Starobilsk district administration and colleagues from the SBU, stopped unauthorized interference in the work of special radio-electronic networks of units of the Joint Forces Operation forces.
In the course of investigative and operational actions, law enforcement officers established an Internet provider that operated on the territory of the city. Starobilsk, and radio-electronic equipment that worked on radio frequencies of special use and is prohibited for use by civilians.
During the search authorized by the court, the radio-electronic equipment was seized, which operated at the frequencies of special use.
In the framework of open criminal proceedings under Art. 361 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “Unauthorized interference in the operation of electronic computers (computers), automated systems, computer networks or telecommunication networks” under the procedural guidance of the prosecutor's office, a pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
