The training and methodological gathering with young officers was completed in Kyiv region
During the week, we held classes with young officers at the National Guard International Center.
The purpose of the events was to develop unified views on the training and education of personnel, the introduction of new, effective forms and methods of conducting modern combat by the unit, ensuring the preservation of life and health of subordinates, issues related to the storage, maintenance and operation of weapons and military equipment.
The lieutenants got acquainted in detail with the procedure for assuming office, the specifics of performing official duties, the method of using units during the performance of combat tasks and ensuring their daily activities. Of particular interest to the lieutenants were the lessons of “team building”, where they performed complex tasks, while uniting into groups. Psychologists of the International Center prepared for them interesting exercises on special simulators, thanks to which the officers improved their teamwork skills.
“Classes with instructors and combat officers will cement our skills, which we hone in a variety of training situations. The key to development is the meticulous work on the acquired knowledge and the search for sources of new information”, — notes the officer of military unit 3061, junior lieutenant Rostislav Shiyaty.
Also, young officers participated in a number of demonstration, instructor-methodical and control exercises on the main subjects of combat training. The servicemen were dealt with by experienced officers who participated in peacekeeping missions and have experience in carrying out tasks in the area of the operation of the Joint Forces.
