In Kyiv region, law enforcement officers exposed an abuser in forcing minors to have sexual intercourse
The defendant was exposed by cyber police in the course of the investigation of criminal proceedings on the distribution of child pornography on the Internet.
Cyberpolice found that the “director” of the illegal content was the father of two underage girls, the created videos he sold online. In addition, the attacker offered his acquaintances for money to engage in sexual intercourse with his underage daughters. In September 2019, the indictment in relation to the actions of the father was sent to court. The trial is currently ongoing.
Law enforcement also established that a 53-year-old resident of the Kiev region, by agreement with the father of minors, committed sexual acts against them.
The actions of the latter are qualified under Part 1 of Art. 155 (Committing acts of a sexual nature with a person under the age of sixteen) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The attacker was declared a suspect, the question of choosing a preventive measure for him is being resolved. The suspect faces up to five years in prison. The pre-trial investigation continues.
