The first police front office in the region was opened in Ivano-Frankivsk region
On June 29, the front office in the Kolomyia district police department began work. It is focused on the prompt and effective provision of police services in comfortable conditions for citizens.
In such a front office, citizens can get advice, write an appeal, learn about the results of consideration of their applications and reports, leave feedback on the work of the police. For information assistance, a primary communication group works, and all conditions for prompt response to appeals are created in the office.
The first police front office of Acting Chief of Police of Ivano-Frankivsk Ostap Bileychuk was opened together with his deputy Vasyl Kitselyuk and representatives of the authorities.
“This project aims to cooperate with citizens so that they feel more comfortable and their issues are resolved as quickly as possible. The work of the front office is focused on providing quality police services, solving issues and obtaining advice from citizens,” Ostap Bileychuk stressed.
In addition, the police department operates a video monitoring system “Custody Records”. Such an innovation will help prevent possible violations by both police officers in relation to detainees and by visitors to police officers.
