In Donetsk region, border guards found hiding place with military means of destruction
Border guards from the Joint Forces continue systematic measures to detect and destroy ammunition caches left in large quantities by Russian occupiers in Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
In particular, the other day, on the basis of operational information of border guards, representatives of the Donetsk specialized prosecutor's office in the military and defense sphere entered the EHRD information under part 1 of Article 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “Illegal handling of weapons, ammunition or explosives”. Within the framework of this criminal proceedings under the procedural guidance of the Donetsk Specialized Prosecutor's Office in the Military and Defense Sphere, a joint interdepartmental group consisting of border guards of the Kramatorsk detachment and representatives of the National Police, in the territory of a private household in Kurakhovka, Donetsk region, discovered a military storage location means of damage.
In total, 2 shells of RGN hand grenades, 2 UDZ-type incendiaries, 3 RPG-22 anti-tank grenades, 2 smoke checkers DM-11 and 7 ROP-30 jet lighting cartridges were recovered from the cache.
Detected hazardous items were seized by the National Police's Explosives Unit.
